Garey Park is for the Dogs
Garey Park has something for everyone, including pets! The Garey Park Dog Ranch was specifically designed both dogs and owners. In fact, the off-leash Dog Ranch features over 4 acres of fenced natural area for you and your furry friend to enjoy!
This paw-friendly space offers separate fenced areas for small and large dogs to play catch, run and make new friends. The Dog Ranch also includes 5 shaded picnic shelters and water stations with dog drinking fountains.
Much of the space has been cleared, providing a wonderful spot for you and your dog to explore nature. The Dog Ranch is maintained frequently, but please be aware that this is a natural ranch setting and may include plants or critters that can poke or sting your furry friend.
The Georgetown Parks and Recreation aims to provide a fun, safe environment for you and your dog(s). Use of the Dog Ranch is at your own risk. Dog owners/handlers are responsible for the actions and behaviors of their dogs at all times. Any harm to humans or canines is your responsibility.

At the Dog Park there’s poison ivy along the fence, and at the back by the trees.
