Egg Hunt at Garey Park
Spring has sprung in Georgetown and Easter is on its way! That means it’s time to grab your basket, strap on your sandals and run — not walk — to the annual Eggstravaganza! The city is hosting its Easter egg hunt in Garey Park this year on Friday, April 19, 2019, from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
Egg-cellent Time!
There will be candy and toy-filled eggs for children to gather to during their “hunt.” Additionally, if participants could find the golden egg and win a grand prize basket for each age division!
The egg hunt at Garey Park is completely FREE. Park entry fees will be waived during the event, making the Friday event especially good! Do not forget your camera for a photo with the Easter Bunny.
Garey Park egg Hunt Categories (by time and age)
- 10 a.m.: 2 and under
- 10:15 a.m.: 3 – 5 years
- 10:30 a.m.: 6 – 8 years
All egg hunts will begin at their listed starting time. Get here early and stay late to enjoy fun games and activities from our vendors and sponsors! The Garey Park egg hunt is THE place to be this Friday!
